The Carlton Project
The Carlton Project started as an idea for a place that doesn't quite exist â somewhere between a Carlton terrace house and a late-night jazz bar, built for slow mornings, long playlists, and coffee that's worth sitting still for. It's part virtual cafe, part small batch coffee roastery, part excuse to build something that feels like a room rather than a website.
